1. Cancellation of individual online lessons
To cancel your lesson, simply send an email to office@enigmacenter.com and wait for an email to confirm the cancellation. However, please note that we must receive it 12 hours before the scheduled start of the lesson. Please further note that if you follow this recommendation, then the cancelled lesson will be rescheduled later in the month – no problem. However, if you do not turn up for the lesson or formally cancel the lesson a few hours before the scheduled start (e.g. 3 hours beforehand) then, unfortunately, you will lose that lesson from your package – SORRY!

2. Our refund policy
If a student cancels completely his/her package of lessons within the first two lessons, we will refund the remaining lessons, minus an administration fee of 10%.It is applicable for individual packages of 16 or 24 classes ONLY. If a student cannot attend his/her current course due to personal reasons, he/she may transfer the balance of the course (i.e. the remaining lessons) to another agreed, later date. No administration fee will be charged for this service.

3. Being late for online lessons
Please be on time for your online lessons. Your teacher will wait a maximum of 10 minutes for you to come to your class. If you haven’t arrived in 10 minutes, your teacher will stop waiting and go offline. As a result, you will then lose this lesson from your package – sorry.
N.B. Please note that this rule applies even if you have a technical problem with your connection or your computer. Therefore, it is strongly advised that you check that your hardware and Internet connection are fit for online learning.

4. Teacher cancellations
Although our teachers will try to be available to teach all online lessons 100% of the time, there may be times when their personal circumstances mean that they have to cancel a lesson themselves at short notice, i.e. on the same day of the lesson. However, in this eventuality your lesson will be rescheduled at a time agreed, later in the month.

5. Regular study times
To secure your regular study slot, it is strongly advised that you book in advance to avoid disappointment. Only the person who has paid for the online lessons will be directly addressed in class.

6. Behavior during online lessons
Inappropriate student behaviour during the online lesson is not acceptable and will not be tolerated. As a result, the lesson will end immediately and not be refunded.

7. Price increases
From time to time, it may be necessary to raise the price per lesson. However, such increases will ONLY take place to reflect an increase in operating costs.
